Company Overview

Trade Wind Technology (TWT) was formed in September 1998 to offer computer consultancy services mostly to Central London and the South East. The founder members of the company have B.Sc.'s in Computer Science and extensive experience in the IT Industry.

After graduating with a degree in computer science in 1978 John has worked as a software developer for leading software houses. During his career John has worked on a variety of projects in a variety of market sectors and has a wealth of experience to draw on.

In 1998 John founded the successful computer consultancy Trade Wind Technology Ltd. where he continues to manage software development.

John is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Engineer.

Lorraine has a degree in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She has worked in software development for a leading firm of actuaries. Lorraine has experience in web site design and database development and spent a number of years teaching Information Technology.

In 1998 she was a founding member of Trade Wind Technology Ltd. where she has worked on a number of projects and is currently the Financial Director.

Anthony started his career in the computer games business moving over to serious systems in 1987 when he joined a city software house to support, train and consult Sun Accounts software for a wide range of clients.

Anthony became the FD and CIO of one of his clients in 1989, the well respected and successful talent agency, PFD. In 1994 he became MD and ran the business successfully until 2005 when he left to form his own business, Triverge Ltd.

Anthony has been putting accounting and operations systems into businesses since 1985.

Paul Guest is a consultant with over 14 years IT industry experience. Paul has delivered training and consultancy to some of Britain’s largest companies including Microsoft, Orange, Nationwide Building Society and Computacenter. Paul is also a Director and Instructor at the Certified Wireless Network Professional Academy (EMEA Region).

In recent years, Paul has specialised in information security. Paul’s company, Academy Solutions Ltd, offers consultancy, support and training to a range of SME companies across southern England. This consultancy includes both information security policy advice at board level and technical consultancy and support.
